I remember when we had a good long talk about the nature of reality. I held that all fictional accounts are simply the telepathic transmission of events that take place in parallel universes. We pick up the transmissions from our alternate selves. For example, when Douglas Adams wrote about the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, he was writing about something real. It simply happened 42 parallel universes away from ours and for this reason, everyone in our universe who read the book thought it was beyond the realm of possibility and therefore made for great fiction. You accused me of watching too many philosophical films and I gave all the credit to being born under a chaotic, unpredictable star. Later, you went into your blog and made an entry asking folks to comment with a fictional memory...
